Esteem Industries Inc.

Esteem Industries Inc. is located at 2Ef in the EPIP area, Phase 1, Jharmajri. We are in Baddi, which is in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. Being in the hills is nice, though we are in the industrial part of town, so it's mostly factories and warehouses around us. The air is a bit better than in the big cities, but it’s still a busy manufacturing hub. Our building is a standard industrial unit. We have got the production area and a small section for the office staff. It is a lot of concrete and metal, very practical. The weather can get quite cold in the winter, so we all bundle up while we work. We have been here in Baddi for a long time, since the industrial area first started picking up. Most of the people working here are from the local villages or have moved to the area for work. It is a hardworking group of people. We don't have any decorative plants or fancy art on the walls. It is all about the machinery and getting the products out the door. We handle a lot of different industrial tasks and just try to keep the machines running without too much downtime. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place to work. Sometimes we get rain that lasts for days, but the work goes on inside just the same.
