Dabur India Ltd.

We are set up at Plot No. 109 in the Hssidc area. It is pretty much what you would expect from an industrial plot in this part of India. The gates stay open for the trucks coming and going all day long. Inside Dabur India Ltd., things are usually moving fast. There is always a smell of whatever we are processing that day hanging in the air. We have a lot of people working shifts, so the break room is never really empty. The floor is concrete and has some cracks from years of heavy equipment moving around. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we have big fans that help a little. Management sits in the small office area near the front, but they are out on the floor half the time anyway. We deal with a lot of boxes and crates. The Hssidc area is a bit crowded, so parking is always a headache for the staff. We just try to keep things moving and get the shipments out on time. There is a lot of paperwork to sign every day, and the phone in the main office doesn't seem to stop ringing. It is a busy life here, and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and safety charts. It is a place where people work hard and go home tired.
