Bird- Peck Organics

Bird- Peck Organics is situated up in Village Raliroog. We fall under the Kotbeja post office in Kasauli tehsil. It is a quiet place in the Solan district, far away from the busy parts of Parwanoo. We spend our time working with the land and the local produce. The air is crisp up here. You can hear the birds all day long, which is actually why we picked the name. We aren't a big factory or a fancy company. It’s more of a family-style operation where we do things by hand. The road up to Raliroog is narrow and has a lot of curves, so we don't get many random visitors. Most people who come here know exactly who we are already. We have a small shed where we store everything we grow or process. It’s all very simple. We use old-fashioned methods because that’s what we know works best. We don't have any glossy labels or marketing experts. We just put our organic goods into plain bags and sell them to people in the village and the surrounding area. Sometimes we sit outside on the stone steps and just watch the clouds move over the hills. It’s a slow pace of life, but it suits the work we do. We don't try to compete with the big brands. We just focus on our small patch of earth in Kasauli and try to keep things natural. It's a peaceful existence in Village Raliroog.
