Biodeal Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is based in Village Saini Majea, along the Ropar Nala Garh road in Tehshil Nalagarh. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks passing by. Our facility is one of the bigger ones in this little pocket of the district. We spend our time manufacturing different pharmaceutical items, which means there is a lot of oversight and checking of boxes. The staff here are mostly locals from Saini Majea or the nearby parts of Nalagarh, so the atmosphere is pretty friendly even when we are busy. We have a routine that doesn't change much from week to week. You arrive, you change into your work gear, and you get to your station. It is a practical way to earn a living. The building itself is a solid structure that has seen a lot of use over the years. We don't put much stock in being "corporate" or having fancy meetings; we just talk to each other on the floor and figure out what needs to happen. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but we just clean it up and keep going. It is just a place where we work together to get the orders filled. There isn't any secret to it, just showing up and doing the job properly.
