Our office is on the first floor of the Kaushal Complex. We are right near the IndusInd Bank in the Nalagarh Baddi area. It’s a practical setup. We didn't spend a lot on decorations or fancy rugs; we just have what we need to keep the business running. A few desks, some filing cabinets, and chairs for people to sit while we go over their papers. Baddi is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same for our members. We don't have any complicated rules or hidden fees that you might find at those bigger financial places. Everything is laid out clearly on the table. If someone has a question, they just ask, and we answer it as best as we can. It’s a very local vibe here. We see the same faces every month when they come to deposit their savings.
