Being located in the Sojat Road Main Market means there is always something going on outside our door. At Mega Seed Corporation, things are usually moving pretty fast, especially when the planting season is about to start. We spend a lot of time moving heavy sacks around and making sure the stock is where it should be. The floors are often covered in a bit of dust from the seeds and the grain, but that's just part of the job. When farmers come in from the nearby villages, we talk about the weather or how the soil is looking this year. Our space isn't a fancy office. It’s mostly just a large room filled with bags and a small desk where the books are kept. If the trucks arrive late, staying open a bit longer is necessary to get everything unloaded. It gets hot in the afternoons, so keeping the shutters halfway down helps us stay cool. Since we’ve been in this market for a long time, everyone knows where to find us. Keeping the seeds dry and ready for whoever needs them is our main task. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. There isn't much more to it than that. Just handling the seeds and talking to the people who grow things is what our days look like in this market area.
