Capital Auto Rubber

Capital Auto Rubber is located at 137 in the Rozka-Meo Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but once you arrive, you see why it’s a good spot for manufacturing. There’s space to breathe, even if the air is usually full of the sound of heavy machinery. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story with all the rubber molds and trimmings scattered around. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the mixing area and the finishing benches. The floors are hard, and by five o'clock, you definitely feel it in your legs. We make various auto parts, mostly stuff that people don't think about until it breaks. We don't do much talking about quality control in a fancy way; we just look at the pieces and if they aren't right, they go back in the bin. It’s a practical way of doing things. The weather out here in Haryana can be pretty extreme, freezing in January and roasting in June. We just keep the fans going and keep working. Sometimes the power goes out and we all just sit outside for a bit until the generator kicks in or the line comes back. It’s just the reality of running a shop in an industrial zone. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us by name.
