Vijay Singh Dreambuild Private Limited is a small construction company based in Siwan. We are located at Srinagar, specifically at Suresh Singh’s place. We aren't some massive corporation with a lot of red tape. It’s more of a personal, local operation. We do building work for people in and around the Siwan area. Building a home is a big step for most families, and we see that stress every day. We don't have any polished sales pitches or brochures. We just talk to people and figure out what they need built. Sometimes the costs of cement or sand jump up, and we have to explain that to the owners. It’s not always easy. Our workers are mostly local guys we’ve known for a while. We spend most of our time out on the ground, making sure the foundations are right and the walls are straight. It’s a lot of dust and noise. Some days are better than others. When the weather is bad, everything stops, and we just have to deal with the delay. We don't have a fancy office or a secretary. Usually, you’ll find us on the site or at our place in Srinagar. We are just trying to do a solid job and keep the business going. It’s basic, hard work for the local community.
