We are Ug Planners And Developers Privatelimited and we work out of Shweta Tripathi’s place in Bhatini. It is a quiet spot in Babhanpur where we handle all our planning work. Usually, the day starts with looking over some blueprints or checking on land papers. There isn’t a fancy lobby or anything like that here. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk about development ideas for the area. Most of the time, someone is out in the field looking at sites while others stay back to manage the paperwork. It gets really busy during certain months when people want to start building new things before the weather changes. We just try to get the numbers right so things don't go wrong later on. Babhanpur is a decent area to work from because we know the locals around here. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get things sent out. People drop by without calling first sometimes, which is just how things go in this part of town. We don't have a big team, but the ones we have know their way around the village and the nearby plots. It is mostly about making sure the drawings match what is actually on the ground. We drink a lot of tea while staring at maps and figuring out where the pipes or roads should go. It’s practical, everyday work. Mostly, we are just working through the daily tasks.
