This is the office for Smgl Developers Private Limited. We’re out here in Tola Mirzapur, which is part of the Hathua block in Siwan. If you know the area, we’re located at Plot No. 2289. It’s a quiet village spot, not like the big offices you see in Patna. Most of our days are spent talking to neighbors about their land or looking at new plots near Bari Rai Bhan. We started this because we saw a need for someone local to handle development without making it complicated. It's mostly family and friends working here. We deal with property and building stuff around the village and the nearby blocks. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough getting out to us, but we prefer being close to the land we're actually working on. We stay busy with whatever comes our way. That’s just how it goes here in Siwan.
