Siwan Facility Management is a small business run by Ashwani, the son of Ramesh Kumar. We are located in the village of Khaira. To find our office, you just need to look for Pole No 096. We are on the ground floor right near it. It is a very simple setup. We handle facility management, which mostly means we take care of buildings. If there is a problem with the maintenance or the cleaning in a property we look after, we go and fix it. It is not a fancy job and we don't pretend it is. Most of our time is spent out at the sites, so the office in Khaira is just a base where we keep our supplies and do our paperwork. Ashwani is usually the one coordinating everything. We don't have a big corporate structure or any polished marketing materials. We just get calls from people who need their properties managed, and we go do the work. The village of Khaira is a quiet place, and we have been part of the community for some time. We aren't trying to be a huge company. We just want to make sure the buildings under our care are kept in decent shape. It is a lot of daily tasks and keeping track of small details. We just work hard and try to stay on top of the long list of things that need doing every week.
