We are situated in the village of Jaijor, which is under the Aandar block in the Siwan district of Bihar. Our specific location is at R.P Srivastawa’s place. Even though the company name says Simplex Infrastructures Limited, Hyderabad, our focus is entirely on the work happening here in this part of Bihar. It is a rural area, so our office is quite basic compared to what you might find in a big city. We have the essentials needed to run the local projects and that is about it. The pace of life here is a bit slower, but the work we do is quite demanding. We deal with a lot of heavy machinery and labor management. The roads out here aren't always the best, so getting supplies in can be a challenge sometimes, especially during the rains. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit. We are usually in our work clothes, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. Our team is small and we all know each other pretty well. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything stays on track. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been here for a while and have become a regular part of the local scene.
