Our place is called Nawb Manjil, and it's located at Adda No. 1 in Naya Quila. This is in Siwan, Bihar. It’s a very traditional sort of location, and people around here know the Naya Quila area well. We’ve been operating out of this address for quite some time. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s more of a classic house that we use for our business. We handle a lot of different things depending on what people in Siwan need. It is just a few of us here. We sit in the main room and go through the paperwork and meetings. It can get quite hot here in the summer months, but we have the fans going. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most people just walk in because they know the family or someone told them where we are. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We know our neighbors and we see the same people every day. It’s a quiet part of town for the most part, except during festival times. We keep everything simple and honest. There’s no need for big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to people and help them with whatever they came for. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and for the people who come to Nawb Manjil. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
