Prince Building Material

We are located at House No 54 in Ward No 6. Most people around here just know us as the building material shop near the Canara Bank in Maharajganj Nagar Panchayat. Prince Building Material is a family-run kind of place. We have stacks of bricks, bags of cement, and all sorts of other things for fixing up a house or building something new. It is a lot of heavy lifting every day, but we are used to it by now. The yard is usually full of sand and gravel piles that we have delivered. People from all over the panchayat come here when they are starting a project on their property. We do not have a big fancy showroom like you see in the city. Most of our stuff is just sitting out in the yard where you can see it and touch it. We spend a lot of time talking to the local contractors and homeowners about what they might need for their jobs. Sometimes we help load the carts and trucks ourselves when it is busy. It is a small town, so word of mouth is really how people find out about us. We try to keep the prices fair because we know everyone who lives around here. The shop gets a bit disorganized when we have a big shipment come in, but we always get it sorted out eventually. We do not have any big goals other than staying open and helping folks out.
