NOVIQUE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Siwan, specifically out in Village Mahammadpur. Arman Ahmad is the person in charge of things here. Our village is part of the Goria Kothi block, and it is a quiet area compared to the main city. Being out in Tola-Mahammadpur means we are right in the middle of the rural landscape. We handle construction work around this part of the district. It isn't always easy getting materials out to the village sites, but we have figured out how to make it work over time. There isn't any marketing team here or anyone to write fancy documents. It is just us and a few workers trying to build things that will last. We spend our mornings checking on the progress at various sites in Panch-Harpur and the surrounding blocks. The roads can be rough and the rainy season usually puts a stop to everything for a few weeks, which is always frustrating. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what can be done and what can't. Most of our days are spent covered in dust or mud depending on the month. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We are just a local outfit in Siwan doing what we know how to do. It's just simple building work for the people living in this area. We take it one day at a time.
