Nidhimitra Restaurant Private Limited is located at House No. 4 in the Vijayhatta area, specifically on Goshala Road in Siwan. We are right there in the O. P. Mahadeva neighborhood. Being a restaurant, our days are mostly about the smell of spices and the sound of pans clanking in the back. It’s a busy life. We start early to get the vegetables chopped and the stoves lit before the first people show up. The building at House No. 4 is where we put all our effort. It’s not a five-star place with white tablecloths, but it’s clean and the food is made by people who actually care about what they are doing. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when too many orders come in at once, and you might hear us shouting back and forth to keep things straight. We’ve had days where the power goes out or a delivery of rice doesn't show up on time, and we just have to make do. The locals from around Goshala Road come in quite a bit, so we know many of their faces. We aren't trying to be a big chain; we are just a local Siwan business making meals every day. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the burners, but we like the rhythm of it.
