Jaiyash Construction Private Limited is based out of Doghra village, specifically in the Tola-Doghra Panchkouriya area. Sidheshwar Prasad, who is the son of Sri Rambali Yadav, is the one in charge of things around here. Working in a village like Doghra is different than being in the big city. You have to be more flexible and understand how the local seasons affect everything. We do mostly rural building work. Whether it is a small shed or a larger brick house, we handle the materials and the labor. Sidheshwar spends a lot of time talking to the villagers and figuring out what needs to be done next. We don't have a website or any fancy brochures to show people. Usually, someone just walks up to the house or finds us at a site to talk about a project. It’s all about the basics—shoveling sand, hauling bricks, and making sure the levels are right. Sometimes we have trouble getting the supplies delivered because the roads to Panchkouriya aren't always in the best shape for heavy trucks. You just have to plan around those things. It is honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. We are just local people building things for other local people, and that is about all there is to it. We take it one brick at a time and try to stay out of the rain.
