Our place is out in Sonbarsa, near Pachrukhi in the Siwan district. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you’re coming from the bigger cities, but this is where we are. Being in a village area like this in Bihar means things move at a slightly different pace than in a place like Delhi. We handle the Interarch Building Products (P)Ltd operations from this site. It’s a practical location for us because it’s close to where a lot of the actual work happens. The office itself is pretty basic. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We've got our desks, our ledgers, and a few old fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot. Most of the guys here are from the local villages nearby. We talk about the weather and the crops as much as we talk about building supplies. It’s just how it is. Sometimes the roads get muddy when it rains, making transport a bit tricky, but we manage to get things through. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and everyone knows where the Interarch office is. We don't try to be something we're not. We just provide a base for the building products business right here in Siwan. It's a quiet life mostly, except when the deliveries arrive.
