Deepak Dyre

You can find Deepak Dyre right in the middle of Jasoli Market. We are tucked away in Kagzi Muhalla on Babunia Road. It’s a busy neighborhood near Lal Kothi, so there’s always people walking by. We’ve been here for a while now. The shop is small and usually filled with all sorts of things. It’s not one of those modern showrooms you see in the big cities. We just have what people need. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. The street can get pretty narrow and loud with all the rickshaws and bikes. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park. We don’t really bother with advertising much. People just know where we are. Inside, it smells like old paper and materials. We keep things simple. If you need something, you just ask and we find it in the back. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. Working in Jasoli Market means you see a lot of the same faces every day. It feels like home to us. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down. It’s just an honest way to make a living in a part of town we know well. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done. It's a simple life and we enjoy the daily interactions with our neighbors and regular visitors.
