Bramhashiv Construction Private Limited is based out of Siwan, specifically in Aranda Hasanpura. Our office is associated with Raj Laxmi Dresses. It might seem like a bit of an odd mix to some people, but that’s just how things ended up for us here. We handle construction work in and around the Siwan area. It’s a local place and everyone sort of knows each other. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Usually, word of mouth is how people find out about what we do. Building something new is always a challenge, especially with the costs of materials going up and down all the time. We have to be very careful with how we manage the money and the time on each project. Some days the labor doesn't show up and we have to scramble to find someone else so the work doesn't stall for too long. It’s all part of the daily grind for us. We don't pretend to be some high-end firm from the big city like Delhi or Mumbai. We are just local folks working in the community. The weather in Siwan can be quite extreme, so we have to plan our outdoor work around the seasons. It’s a lot of juggling, but we manage to get things done eventually. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we just keep plugging away at it day by day.
