Our spot is in the Kefai Complex, which is in Ward Number 8. It’s right in the Amulapatty area of Nazira. If you’re familiar with Sivsagar, you probably know the area. The complex has a few different businesses in it, so there’s usually something going on. We have a small office space there. It’s got concrete floors and some basic shelving for our files. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, maybe a calendar on the wall. It’s a functional space above all else. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the market activity. Nazira is a busy place, and being in the complex means we’re right in the thick of it. We usually have a lot of people dropping by just to say hello or ask a question. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so whoever is closest to the door just helps out. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We drink a lot of tea while we work through our tasks. Some days the office feels too small, but it’s what we have. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the building. It’s just where we do our thing. We've even got a little fan for when the humidity kicks in during the summer months.
