Our business, ADDPS Private Limited, is based at House Number 61A in the Gharbandi area, near Borpather and Nahula. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but it is a beautiful spot in Tingkhong. We are a small team and we handle everything ourselves. The office is part of a house in the village, so it doesn't look like a typical workplace. We have a few rooms set aside for our computers and all the files we have to keep. Being in a rural place like Gharbandi Bamun means we are surrounded by nature. Sometimes the neighbors’ cows walk right past our window while we are working. It can be a bit distracting, but it’s just part of life here. We do a lot of different tasks to keep the company going. It’s not always easy because the power can be a bit unreliable and the internet isn't the fastest. We don't have a big marketing budget or any shiny brochures. We just do our work and talk to people in the community. Most of our business comes from local connections. We try to be honest and straightforward with everyone. We don’t have any huge goals of becoming a massive corporation. We just want to keep our business running smoothly and take care of the people who depend on us. It’s a quiet life, but we like it that way.
