Gopsons Papers

Gopsons Papers is set up over on Plots 123 and 124 in Vallur Village. It’s out in the Ambattur area, which is pretty industrial. We have a fair amount of space here, which is necessary when you’re dealing with large quantities of paper. The facility isn't much to look at from the outside, just a big practical building where the work happens. We handle a lot of bulk orders and processing. It gets pretty dusty inside with all the paper fiber, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small team of workers who know the machines well. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to Virudhur Nagar, but it’s where we have the room to operate. We don’t really have many walk-in customers because of where we are located. Most of our work is done through phone calls and regular contracts. We keep the machines running and the trucks moving. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to make sure the paper is cut right and shipped out without too many delays. The days are long and usually quite loud because of the equipment. But it’s good, steady work. We’ve been in this village for years and everyone around here knows what we do. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and our clients. We stay busy and that is fine.
