We have been at No. 310a Bose Colony for a while now. Naranapuram Road is a busy spot, but we like it here. My name is Deepak, and I started this business mainly because I saw a gap in how things were being handled locally. We move goods out of the country, mostly. It is not fancy work, just everyday stuff that needs to get from point A to point B. The office is small. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We deal with a lot of paperwork. Dealing with customs and shipping routes takes up most of my morning. People stop by the office to talk about orders or just to see how things are going. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. Usually, we are busy packing or checking lists. If you come by Naranapuram Road, you will see our sign. It is nothing special, but it gets the job done. Sometimes shipments get delayed, that is just how it goes in this trade. We try to keep track of everything on the whiteboard. It is better than using those complicated computer programs that always crash. We have known the neighbors in Bose Colony for years. They know what we do. It is honest work.
