C Velayutha Nadar Sweets

We’ve got our little shop at 18/48-D on Vetri Gnaniyar Street here in Sivakasi. It’s a traditional kind of place where we make sweets every day. Sivakasi is known for being a hardworking town, and we fit right in with that. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a kitchen and a counter. The street can be narrow, but people always find their way to us. We’ve been making these sweets the same way for a long time now. It’s a lot of stirring big pots and watching the sugar. The air always smells like syrup and ghee around here. We aren't looking to change much because the old ways work fine for what we do. It’s just us and a few helpers getting through the day’s orders. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming by for years. We don't do fancy packaging unless someone asks, we just focus on the taste. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late. You won’t find any big slogans here, just a list of what’s available for the day. If you’re walking down Vetri Gnaniyar Street, you can’t miss us. We’re just a regular part of the neighborhood, doing what we know how to do best. We just keep going, day after day, and that’s how we like it. It’s a decent living for all of us.
