We have a lot of stuff crammed into the shop, from seat covers for bikes to different kinds of lights for cars. It is usually a bit crowded inside because we try to keep as much variety as possible. When someone comes in asking for a specific grip or a chrome bit for their scooter, we like being able to just reach up and grab it. It’s not a polished showroom where everything is spaced out perfectly. It’s a working shop. On the weekends, it gets really packed with guys wanting to fix up their bikes or add something new to their cars. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what fits and what doesn't. Sometimes we are out on the curb helping someone see how a part looks on their vehicle. The traffic on Sithambaram Road can be a bit much, but it brings people in. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It’s just us handling the counter and the stock. We know most of the regulars by name now. It’s just a simple place where you can get the accessories you need without any complicated sales talk or fancy waiting rooms. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
