We are located at Door No.14 in the Shopping Complex over in Marupandiyar Nagar. It’s quite close to the Collectorate Post Office here in Sivaganga district. Being near the post office makes it easy for people to find us when they’re out doing errands. We handle minerals and related materials. It’s not a very glamorous business, but it's steady. The office is tucked away in the complex, so it stays a bit cooler inside when the sun is out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking logs of what’s coming in and going out. It's mostly just paperwork and talking to drivers. There isn't much to the shop itself, just a desk, some chairs, and files everywhere. People in the area know us as the local spot for these things. We’ve lived in Sivaganga for a long time, so we know how the community works. The shopping complex gets busy in the mornings. Sometimes the trucks have trouble finding a place to park near the entrance, but we manage. We aren't into big advertising or anything like that. People find us by word of mouth or because they saw our sign while going to the post office. It’s just a regular local business. We keep our hours consistent and try to stay organized. There's always something to do, whether it's sorting out orders or talking to people who walk in with questions.
