Our office is not a fancy place; it is just a functional room with desks and shelves for all our files. We spend a lot of our time going through the ledgers and making sure every single payment is recorded properly. Thondi Road can be quite noisy with all the buses and trucks passing by, but we don't let it bother us. Most of the people who come to us live right here in Sivaganga or in the nearby villages. They like that we are easy to talk to and that we don't use any complicated financial jargon. We just help them save a bit of their income or get a small loan for their personal needs.
