Sms Super Market

Sms Super Market is situated at 89, Agaram in Nalupulikkottai. It is a small place compared to the supermarkets you find in the city, but we carry all the essentials that people here need for their daily lives. We keep things like cooking oil, pulses, and soaps on our shelves. We built some of the wooden racks ourselves years ago. They are a bit uneven but they do the job. We open up the shop early in the morning because people in Agaram start their day very early. When the afternoon heat hits, we leave the front door wide open to catch any breeze. Sometimes a bird or two will fly inside and we have to gently usher them back out. Life here is fairly quiet and we like it that way. We know all the kids who stop by for a small treat after school. We don't use any fancy computers or scanners. We just have a basic calculator and a notebook where we write things down. Sometimes we might make a small error with the change, but we always fix it. We have been a part of this community for a long time. We aren't looking to grow big or move to a different place. We just want to make sure the local families have what they need in their kitchens when they come to see us.
