Shalze Shop Online Store operates out of 293 Gandhi Rd in Sivaganga. If you walk down Gandhi Rd, you might see us moving boxes in or out of the doorway. Since we do most of our business online, the physical shop is more of a hub for inventory and packing. It’s a lot of cardboard, tape, and labels around here. Sivaganga is a good place to be based, even if it gets a bit hot in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time checking the orders that come in and making sure the right items go into the right boxes. It’s repetitive work, but we’ve gotten a good rhythm down over the months. We started small, just a few shelves of stuff, and now the space is pretty much filled up to the ceiling. We don't have fancy displays because people aren't usually walking in to browse. It’s more of a warehouse feel than a boutique. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road for a minute while they load up, but everyone on Gandhi Rd is pretty patient about it. We just keep our heads down and try to get every package out by the afternoon mail. It’s a basic operation run by people who just want to make sure the customers get what they paid for without any hassle. We don't do much marketing, we just focus on getting the boxes packed and sent out on time.
