If you are looking for Robaco Properties, we are right across from the Royal Enfield showroom in Karaikudi. Most people use that as a landmark because the showroom is quite big and easy to spot on the road. We are at number 23/01 in Bharathiyar Nagar. It’s a busy part of the town, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or running errands. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few cupboards full of old files, and a map of the local area on the wall. Sivaganga can get really hot, so the cooler is usually running all day long. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors or people who are moving into the area and want to know about the houses around here. We aren't doing anything too complicated, just managing properties and making sure things are handled right.
