Regi Clinical Lab

Our little place, Regi Clinical Lab, is tucked away in Athapadakki. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities. Athapadakki has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it quite well. The lab is where we spend most of our daylight hours, looking at samples and writing down results in our books. It’s a lot of quiet work, really. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the door. The locals know where to find us when they need something checked. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when the weather is heavy, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We have a few wooden chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and an old desk where all the paperwork happens. It isn’t a high-tech looking office, but it works for what we need. We try to be careful with everything we handle because we know people are waiting for their news. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors about the crops or the local news while we take a break outside. It’s just a simple, honest setup. We’ve been in Athapadakki long enough that we don’t really think about being anywhere else. It’s just where the lab is, and where we show up every morning to start the machines and get to work. It is a slow life, but the work is important to us and the people who live around here.
