Pliant Construction Private Limited

We are based in Kirunkakottai, which is part of Manamadurai in the Sivaganga district. Our address is Sh 01, and you’ll find us there most days. It is a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space. The office is managed by people who live right in the area. We do a lot of construction work for the locals and some bigger projects too. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes because we are always moving from the desk to the site. The dust is just part of the job out here in Sivaganga. A good chunk of the day is spent checking on materials and making sure the workers have what they need to keep moving. It gets really hot during the middle of the day, so we try to get the heavy stuff done early. There is always a lot of chatter in the office about which project is finishing and which one is starting next. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is more about the people we work with every day. If you are ever near Manamadurai, you will see how things are growing. We are just glad to be a part of that, even if it is just doing the hard work behind the scenes. It is a simple life but we stay busy.
