Natura Spices And Oils

We have been here at 17, Pullalakottai Road for a while now. If you go across from the old bus stand, you can find us easily. It is just a small place where we keep different kinds of spices and various oils. People come in when they need something for their kitchen or if they are just passing by the station. We spend most of our mornings unpacking boxes and making sure the jars are full. Sometimes the smell of the spices gets quite strong in here, but we are used to it by now. It is just me and a couple of others helping out. We don't have a big fancy setup. The shelves are mostly wooden and we try to keep things where people can reach them. If you are looking for cooking oil or some ground powder, we usually have a few bags ready. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud because of the buses, but it keeps the area busy. We open up pretty early. Usually, the first thing we do is sweep the front step. It gets dusty near the road. We try to stock what locals ask for. When someone wants a specific oil, we see if we can get it in. It is a simple way to run a shop, really. Just keeping things moving and talking to the regulars who stop in after work. We aren't doing anything special, just providing spices.
