Mahalakshmi Traders

Mahalakshmi Traders is sitting at number 85 on Kasukadai Street. This is in the Sivagami Puram area, which is a place that feels very lived-in. Our building is an older one, but it does the job just fine for what we need. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, some storage space, and the usual paperwork piled up. The street outside can get pretty cramped with bikes and people walking past, especially in the afternoons. We have been working out of this spot for a good while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. There is always something to load or unload, or someone calling about an order. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the pace of it. Being on Kasukadai Street means we are right in the middle of things, which makes it easy for folks to find us. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look polished. It is a working space through and through. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because there’s always too much else to do. We just stay focused on the work and let the rest take care of itself. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
