Magizhchi Real Promoterss Nidhi Limited is based in Karaikudi, over at No.43 on the first floor of Subbulakshmi Illam. We are on Mudiyarasan Salai, which is a place many people in the area know. Being in a town like Karaikudi is different from the big cities; things move a bit slower here and people actually take the time to talk to one another. Our office is up on the first floor and it’s a modest space where we handle our daily business. We mostly deal with local folks from the Sivaganga district who stop by to discuss things. The building, Subbulakshmi Illam, has been there for a while and we’ve made our home on the upper level. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass doors; it’s more of a traditional setup with wooden desks and simple fans. We spend our time going through paperwork and keeping our records straight. The team is local and we understand how things work around here. Sometimes the heat in Tamil Nadu gets a bit much, but we keep the windows open and get through the day. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We just provide a place for people to come and handle their financial matters in a way that makes sense to them. It’s just us doing our part in the community and keeping the office open for whoever needs to stop by.
