Landmark Construction

We are Landmark Construction, and you can find us at house number 1/167 in Arcadu Village. This is out in the Kundrakudi area of the Sivagangai district. It is a quiet, rural place, which is very different from the big cities like Chennai or Madurai. Most of our work involves building houses for families in the surrounding villages. We do not have a big corporate office with fancy furniture. Our setup is very simple, mostly just a place to store bags of cement and our tools, along with a small desk for keeping the accounts. The pincode here is 630208 if you are ever trying to mail us something. We grew up in this region, so we know the people and the way things are done in this part of Tamil Nadu. Construction out here means dealing with the intense heat and sometimes waiting a long time for materials to arrive from the bigger towns. We do not use big words or have fancy presentations for our clients. We just sit down with a family, look at their land, and figure out how to put up a sturdy house for them. It is a lot of manual work and being out on the construction site from early in the morning until the sun goes down. We take pride in just getting the job done without a lot of fuss or unnecessary talk.
