Innaippu Export And Import Private Limited is located in Karaikudi, over at the Pattaiya Michael Commercial Complex. Our office is at 221/6, and it’s a typical commercial space where we handle all the paperwork that comes with trading. Karaikudi is known for its heritage, but we focus more on the modern side of moving goods in and out of the country. Sivaganga is our home base, and we’ve been working from this complex for a while now. The business of export and import involves a lot of waiting for containers and dealing with customs forms, which isn’t always the most exciting thing. We spend our time on the computer or the phone, trying to make sure everything is lined up for our shipments. Being on the second floor of the complex means we see a lot of people coming and going for their own errands. We aren't a giant multinational; we’re just a local team trying to bridge the gap between local products and international markets. Sometimes the logistics get messy, or there are delays at the port that we can't control. We just handle it as it comes. The commercial complex is a busy spot, so there’s always people moving around, which we like. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just want to get the goods from point A to point B without any major headaches. It’s a simple goal and it keeps us occupied throughout the week.
