Aafiya Exports

Aafiya Exports is tucked into the Fakkiam Complex over on V.O.C Road. It’s a busy stretch of road in the Sivagangai district, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. Our specific spot is No 414/4, and the building is called Anbullam. It’s a bit of a maze in the complex sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough to know every corner. We focus on exporting goods, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping companies and checking on crates. It’s not particularly glamorous work. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the labels are stuck on right. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s more of a working office where things actually get done. The team here is small, and we all know each other’s names. We don’t really bother with big company meetings or anything corporate like that. We just look at what needs to go out and we get it ready. Sivagangai is a good place to be based, even if it’s a bit far from the main ports. We make it work through the local transport links. It’s a steady pace of life here. We just try to be reliable and get the boxes moving without any major issues cropping up. It is a humble setup but it handles quite a lot of work.
