You can find us out at Plot No. 186 in the Eldeco Sidcul Industrial Park. Being in Sitarganj means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial setups, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the axles. Tusshar Axles Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive corporate entity with layers of management. It’s just a group of us who know how to handle steel and machinery. The heat in the plant can get pretty intense during the summer months, but the work doesn't stop. We spend our shifts moving heavy parts and making sure the specs are right. There is a lot of grinding and welding noise throughout the day. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just make parts that go into vehicles and trailers. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. Sometimes the delivery trucks get lost trying to find the specific plot number, so we usually have to step outside to wave them down. Our office is small and mostly filled with blueprints and old invoices. We don't really do the whole social media thing or put out glossy brochures. Most of our contracts come from long-term relationships we’ve built over the years. People know where we are and what we do. If a machine breaks down, we fix it and keep moving. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living. It is just work.
