Vivek Traders is tucked away in Jagdish Narayan Market over in Mahaveer Ganj. If you’ve ever walked through the market, you know it gets pretty crowded and noisy. We like it that way, though. It keeps us on our toes. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. Dealing with traders and customers all day long means there’s never a quiet moment. The shop isn’t huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Boxes everywhere, stacks of papers, and the smell of the market outside. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because that isn't what people come here for. They come because they know we have what they need and we don’t mess around. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just keep going. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all help each other out when things get hectic. Mahaveer Ganj is a busy part of town, and being right in the middle of Jagdish Narayan Market puts us where the action is. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay busy and helpful to the folks who walk through our door. We close up when the sun goes down usually. The market has its own rhythm and we are part of it.
