Yugangu Real Estate

Yugangu Real Estate is based out of Khairabad in Sitapur, right near the main Allahabad Road. We’ve been operating from this area for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot being so close to the road, but it makes it easy for people to drop in and see us. We focus on real estate matters around Sitapur and the surrounding parts. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, looking over maps and talking to locals. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything. It's just a functional space where we meet folks and talk about land. The Khairabad area has its own pace, and we’ve grown used to how things work around here. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency, just one that people can actually talk to. You’ll find us easily enough if you are driving toward Allahabad Road. The office is pretty basic, but it serves our needs. We handle the paperwork and the site visits ourselves. There is usually a lot of dust from the road, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We try to be helpful when people have questions about buying or selling. It’s honest work and we take it seriously without making a big deal out of it. We know this stretch of road better than most, having spent so many years right here. The office door sticks a bit in the rainy season, but it’s home to us. We’re just local folks trying to help people navigate the land market.
