Siatpur Eye Hospital

We are based in Civil Lines, which is a bit of a quieter part of the city compared to the busy center. Our eye hospital has been sitting here on these streets for quite some time now. If you walk down Civil Lines, you’ll eventually run into us. It’s a nice area with more trees than you usually see in other spots. The hospital itself is dedicated to eye care, so our rooms are full of those charts with the letters that get smaller as you go down. We have the machines for checking eye pressure and the dark rooms for looking at retinas. The pace here is usually steady but not overly rushed. We get a lot of older residents who live in the surrounding bungalows coming in for their yearly checkups. The waiting room has some simple benches and a clock that ticks a bit too loud when it’s quiet. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor. It’s all very practical and focused on the job. Our staff spends the day helping people pick out frames or explaining how to use their new eye drops. We see a lot of the same people every year, which is nice. It feels more like a community spot than a big medical institution. We open the shutters in the morning, sweep the front, and get to work. It’s a simple life at Siatpur Eye Hospital, just focusing on helping people see a bit better every day.
