Radha Soami Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is based at H-273 in the Sitapur Industrial Area. It is a fair distance from the main city, so it stays a bit quieter out here except for the sound of the packaging machines. We have a good-sized facility where we handle all the food processing. The smell of the ingredients is always in the air, which is something you get used to after your first week. We have been working out of H-273 for a long time now. The building is painted a simple color and has a big gate for the trucks to come in. Inside, it is all about the production line. We have a team of workers who have been with us through many seasons. We don't really have a big office staff; most of us are out on the floor making sure the bags are filled correctly. The floors are scrubbed every day because that is important in the food business. We have a small corner area where we keep the records and handle the paperwork. It is a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. We just focus on the food products and making sure they are packed correctly for the market. It is hard work, but we like the routine of it. Most of us live nearby, so it is a short commute through the industrial estate every morning.
