The place we work is out in Atwasitapur, specifically at Suraj Pal’s spot in the village area of Aurangabad. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where Panchsheel Oil Industry Private Limited does all its work. We deal with oil, so as you can imagine, it can get a bit messy and loud with the machines running. The village life is quiet though, which is a nice change of pace from the bigger cities. Most of the guys here live nearby and walk or bike in. We spend the whole day looking at seeds and oil drums and making sure the machinery doesn't act up. It’s a practical kind of job. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lobbies. It is just a workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of being out here. We keep a close eye on the stock and how the oil looks as it comes through the press. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise until we head home. We’ve got a system that works for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone from the outside. People in the village know us, and we just keep our heads down and do what needs doing with the oil every day.
