Monika Agencies is located at 771, Civil Line. It is a pretty recognizable spot if you are heading toward Saraswati Shishu Mandir. The street gets really crowded in the mornings and afternoons when the school kids are out, so we usually see a lot of activity then. We have been in this building for quite some years. It’s not a very modern place, but it serves us well for storing everything we handle. Most of our day is spent checking through lists and moving boxes around. It can get a bit dusty with all the paperwork and shipments coming in, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't really big on fancy office setups. Our desks are usually covered in ledger books and half-empty tea cups. The neighbors around here are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other pretty well. If you are looking for us, just look for the number 771 on the gate. Sometimes the sign out front gets a bit faded from the sun, but we are always inside working. We don't really do much advertising; people mostly just know we are here by word of mouth. It's a straightforward business, really. We just try to stay organized and make sure we don't lose track of any orders. It’s a lot of manual work, counting things and writing out receipts by hand most of the time.
