Our office is out at Kh No 929 and 181 in Kamlabad Badhaulimauhiddinpur, right along Sitapur Road. Luxe Ca Villa 3Bhk Private Limited is where we focus on building residential homes, mostly three-bedroom villas. We like being out here because it gives us the space we need to actually show people what we are working on. The office is right on the site, so it’s definitely not a clean or corporate environment. There is always a bit of dust on everything and the sound of cement mixers in the background. We spend our time managing the labor and making sure the supplies like bricks and tiles show up when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination and it can get pretty hectic. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to build houses that are solid and finish them as close to the deadline as we can. Sitapur Road is a busy stretch, and we’ve seen a lot of changes here lately. Sometimes the electricity goes out at the site or a truck gets stuck in the mud, and we just have to figure it out. It’s not always a smooth process, but that’s just how construction goes. We are just a small team putting in the work to get these homes ready for families to move into. It’s practical, everyday building work for us.
