We are located in Talgaon, which is a village and post in the Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh. Hoskar Bhardwaj Infra Private Limited is basically run out of this local spot. Sitapur is a place where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing, especially in the smaller villages. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We don't have any corporate slogans or a marketing department. It’s just us doing infra work. A lot of our days are spent checking on materials or making sure the workers know where to go. Being in Talgaon means we are close to the people we serve. We see them at the market or on the road every day. The work is hard and sometimes the sun is brutal, but we get through it. We keep our records in simple folders and don't use much fancy software if we can help it. It’s a very hands-on type of business. If there is a problem at a site, one of us just hops on a bike and goes to fix it. We don't believe in long meetings that don't go anywhere. We would rather be out there seeing the progress for ourselves. Sitapur has its own rhythm, and we have learned to work with it over the years. That is how we have stayed in business this long.
