Hafisia Art & Crafts

If you walk through Pakka Bagh, you’ll see our place at 785. Hafisia Art & Crafts is a bit of a workshop and a storage space combined into one. There’s usually a lot of wood shavings or bits of material on the floor because we are always making things. It’s not the cleanest place in Cold City, but we like it that way. We spend our mornings looking over the new designs and seeing what needs to be finished. The light in the front room is pretty good for working on the smaller details of the crafts. It’s quiet work mostly, unless someone is using a tool or sanding something down. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the materials. Sometimes a customer stops by to see how their order is coming along, and we show them the progress. It takes time to get things right, and we don't like to rush the process. The shelves are always full of half-finished projects and old tools that we’ve used for years. It’s a practical space. We just focus on the craft itself and making sure the items are solid. Living and working in Pakka Bagh has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that over the years. We just keep our heads down and work on what is in front of us.
