Bishwa Clinic

You can find Bishwa Clinic over in Nai Bazar, right in the Basura Kasba area of Sitapur. We are located near the Old Madarsa, which is a well-known landmark around here. Our clinic is quite modest. It is just a place where folks from the village and the town come when they are not feeling right. We have a couple of benches outside for when the inside gets too packed. It is often hot in the summer, so we have a big fan running all day. We deal with all kinds of small health issues, nothing too complicated. If it is something big, we tell them to go to the city. But for the day-to-day stuff, we are here. The floor is stone and we sweep it twice a day. There are always people coming and going. We do not have a fancy computer system; we just write everything down in big brown registers. It works fine for us. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they are not sick. It is that kind of neighborhood. We have been here long enough that we do not need to give directions much. Just say near the madarsa and people know. We keep a stock of basic medicines on the shelves behind the counter. It is not a shiny place, but it serves its purpose for the people living nearby. We just try to be helpful and do our work honestly every day.
